As the first Asian American (and Asian American female) to serve as Speaker of the Student Senate at Texas A&M University, Jasmine shares all the ways the powers that be tried to keep her speechless during her term.

While working for NARAL Pro-Choice Texas during the 2019 Texas legislative session, Jasmine experienced taunts and threats, berating and blocking.
